As Systems Administrator for Revenue Operations, you will perform systems administrative duties and improve and develop new processes to support Learning.com's Go to Market teams (Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing). You will work closely with executive sponsors, management, and key stakeholders to understand system requirements and needs. You will also own the change process, communication, and training procedures for all assigned systems and be the first point of contact for user troubleshooting, training, and feature enhancement requests.

  • Perform all administrative duties related to the administration of Learning.com's Salesforce.com (SFDC) instance – including but not limited to user provisioning, profile assignment, field creation, report/dashboard configurations, custom object creation, configure, price, quote (CPQ) configuration, process builder and flow creation, Service Cloud, and advanced reporting/dashboard creation and ideation
  • Perform administrative duties related to the administration of Learning.com's Gainsight instance – including but not limited to user provisioning, report/dashboard configurations, maintaining the data model, tech touch campaign preparation, health score maintenance, and automation through rules engine.
  • Improve and develop new system processes to support the RevOps, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Success business units as needed
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation for all assigned systems
  • Create training programs for the Revenue Operations team as well as for additional teams as needed/requested
  • Communicate system changes to impacted stakeholders and troubleshoot user questions as they come up
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Experience working with Enterprise Information Systems
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in help desk, IT support, customer support, or sales support or 1 year experience as Salesforce (SFDC) administrator
  • Previous administration experience of Salesforce (SFDC) required and Gainsight a plus
  • Openness to learning is a must
  • Impeccable organization skills and rigorous attention to detail
